1. Principle of ultrasonic diffuser
Ultrasonic dispersion is widely used in the laser particle size measurement. It transmits the ultrasonic signal to the ultrasonic transducer and transforms it into high-frequency mechanical vibration energy through the transducer and transmits it to the medium to make the dielectric molecules vibrate. High pressure shock waves act on the particles, dispersing the agglomerated particles. Ultrasonic dispersers have excellent dispersion capabilities for most samples and have become an indispensable configuration for laser particle size testing systems.
2, built-in ultrasonic diffuser
The built-in ultrasonic disperser installs the ultrasonic generator (power supply) and transducer in the circulation system to form a sample preparation system with circulation, dispersion and stirring functions. This system can work continuously before and during the test to ensure that the sample is fully dispersed and prevents the particles from reagglomerating, ensuring that the ultrasonic dispersion state of the sample remains stable throughout the testing process.
3, conventional ultrasonic disperser to add water
When the ultrasonic disperser works, a high-power high-frequency electric signal is added to the ultrasonic transducer, and the transducer is used to convert the electric signal into a high-frequency mechanical vibration wave to achieve a decentralized function. Due to the continuous action of high-power high-frequency signals, the temperature of the transducer will continue to rise. Conventional ultrasonic dispersers suppress the temperature rise of the transducer by ensuring the water in the circulating bath, but often due to newcomers and misoperations. For other reasons, forgetting to add water before starting the ultrasonic wave causes the ultrasonic transducer to suddenly increase in temperature and burn.
