Analysis Of Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine Based On SPCE061A MCU Research Theory

A kind of ultrasonic cleaning machine based on SPCE061A microcontroller is introduced in this paper, which is difficult to clean the surface of the semiconductor device and printed circuit board, which is difficult to clean the surface of the surface.

According to the principle of ultrasonic cleaning, the working process of ultrasonic cleaning machine is analyzed, and the control circuit, driving circuit, frequency automatic tracking technology, impedance matching and system software design method are introduced in detail. The ultrasonic cleaning machine can realize frequency automatic tracking, power conditioning and timing functions. Besides, there are two working modes of oscillation and scanning, which are available for selection. Experiments show that the ultrasonic cleaning machine works reliably and has good cleaning effect.

Ultrasonic cleaning is the shock caused by the cavitation, acceleration and direct flow of the ultrasonic in the cleaning liquid, and the surface of the workpiece, immersed in the cleaning fluid, is peeled off. Cavitation and direct flow are the main factors in the current ultrasonic cleaning machine. Ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly used in electronics, optics and medical field to clean semiconductor devices, printed circuit boards, glassware and so on.

The ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic cleaning tank and control circuit. Ultrasonic cleaning machine mainly uses ultrasonic generator to produce ultrasonic signal and introduce ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducer converts the ultrasonic energy into high frequency mechanical vibration and introduced into the cleaning liquid. It produces cavitation in the cleaning liquid, so as to achieve the [4-5] of ultrasonic cleaning.

The key of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is frequency tracking, which means that the output frequency of the ultrasonic power supply is consistent with the transducer frequency. In this way, the resonance can be formed, and the transducer is in the best working condition and the cleaning effect is best. At present, the commonly used frequency tracking technology adopts phase-locked loop. This method is simple and easy to implement, and has good tracking effect, but its function is single.

This paper uses monolithic integrated circuit to realize the full digital control, in order to set the related parameters conveniently. Its main functions include automatic frequency tracking, power regulation, oscillating mode, scanning mode and timing function.
