Generally speaking, 2 kinds of cleaning agents are used in ultrasonic cleaning machine: chemical solvent and water powder agent, which can dissolve and permeate dirt and grease. This is a chemical force. The ultrasonic cavitation effect of ultrasonic cleaning machine is physical, and ultrasonic cleaning is combined with chemical and physical functions.
First, the dirt is permeated and dissolved by chemical action, and then by the impact force produced by the "cavitation" effect of ultrasonic wave, the dirt layer on the surface of the object is stripped and dispersed and emulsified to prevent the contamination from the surface of the object to be reattached to the object.
Commonly used ultrasonic cleaning machine cleaning methods include solvent cleaning, solvent pressure cleaning, solvent steam cleaning, solvent scrubbing and ultrasonic cleaning. Because of the cavitation effect of ultrasonic, its cleaning effect is much better than that of other cleaning methods. The results of several cleaning methods are compared, as shown in Figure 1. As can be seen from the diagram, ultrasonic cleaning is the most effective cleaning method.
