Ultrasonic biodiesel dispersion can also called ultrasonic biodiesel emulsification, the mixture of two (or more than two) insoluble liquids is uniformly distributed to form a dispersion system, where a liquid is evenly distributed in another liquid to form emulsion process.

1. High emulsifying quality
The average droplet size of the emulsion formed is small, and it can be 0.2 ~ 2 μm, and the size distribution range of droplet is narrow. It can be 0.1 ~ 10μm or more narrow, high concentration, pure emulsion concentration can reach 30%, and the emulsifier can reach 70%.
2. The type of emulsion can be controlled
Under certain conditions of sound field, o/w (oil in water) and w/o (oil in water) emulsion can be prepared. However, mechanical emulsification is not possible. Only the nature of emulsifier can control the type of lactic acid.
3. Emulsification stability
A stable emulsion can be produced without or less use of emulsifier. Some can be stabilized for a few months to more than half a year, energy consumption is small, production efficiency is high, and the cost is low.
