The effect of ultrasonic wave on the dispersion and depolymerization of the precipitated SiO2 is related to the frequency and power density of ultrasonic. The greater the power density is, the better the dispersion effect, and at the same time, the dispersion effect of the ultrasonic wave is different at the same power density.

In order to avoid the reaggregation of dispersed particles, we added macromolecule dispersing stabilizer during ultrasonic treatment. The stabilizer can adsorb on the surface of SiO2 particles and form a coating layer, so as to effectively prevent the SiO2 particles from reassembling after dispersion.
