Ultrasonic emulsifier is the use of physical technology in the chemical reaction medium to produce a series of near-extreme conditions. This energy can not only stimulate or promote many chemical reactions, accelerate the chemical reaction speed, and even change the direction of the chemical reaction to produce some results. Acoustic chemistry can be applied to almost all chemical reactions such as extraction and separation, synthesis and degradation, biodiesel production, microbial control, degradation of toxic organic pollutants, biodegradation processes, biological cell disruption, dispersion and agglomeration, and the like.
1. Ultrasonic vibration source (drive power): The 50-60Hz mains into high-power high-frequency (15kHz-100kHz) power supply to the transducer.
2. Transducer (controller, transducer): The high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration energy.
3 horn: coupling and fixed transducer and tool head, the transducer amplifies the amplitude sent to the tool head.
4. Tool head (into the rod): the mechanical energy and pressure transmitted to the work, but also amplify the function.
