Ultrasonic Generator for Welding

Ultrasonic generator: Translate the 50-60Hz electric supply to high powered high frequency (15kHz—100kHz) power source and offer to the transducer.

Transducer: Translate high-frequent electric energy to mechanical vibration energy

Amplitude Transformer/booster: Connect and fix transducer and tool head, deliver the transducer after enlarging the amplitude to tool head.

Application: 

ZJS-500N: hand-held welder, sewing machine, 28-40K welding, cutting machine;

ZJS-2000N: 15-20Khz welding and cutting machine.
