The ultrasonic metal welding machine transmits tens of thousands of high-frequency vibration waves per second to the surface of two metal workpieces to be welded. Under a certain pressure, the surfaces of the two metal workpieces rub against each other to form a fusion between the molecular layers. Ultrasonic metal welding machine principle:
Ultrasonic welding is a solid-phase welding method in which the connection between metal weldments is achieved by the high-frequency elastic vibration of the acoustic system and the clamping of static pressure between the workpieces. The ultrasonic generator is an inverter device that converts the power frequency current into an oscillating current of the ultrasonic frequency, and the transducer converts the ultrasonic frequency power of the generator into mechanical kinetic energy. The amplifier is used to amplify the amplitude and couple the load. Under the joint action of static pressure and elastic vibration energy, the metal weldment transforms the elastic vibration energy into the friction energy, the deformation energy and the thermal energy between the workpieces, so that a surface oxide film is formed on the surface of the two workpieces, thereby achieving friction welding. When different metal materials are welded, a mixed molecular interface is formed, resulting in metallurgical welding.
