Ultrasound metal welding machine uses tens of thousands of high frequency vibration waves per second to transfer to the surface of two metal workpieces to be welded. Principle of ultrasonic metal welding machine:

Ultrasound welding is a solid-state welding method. The connection between metal weldments is realized by high frequency elastic vibration of acoustic system and static pressure between workpieces. Among them, the ultrasonic generator is a frequency conversion device, which converts the power frequency current into the oscillating current of the ultrasonic frequency, and the transducer converts the ultrasonic frequency energy of the generator into mechanical kinetic energy. Amplifiers are used to amplify amplitudes and couple loads. Under the combined action of static pressure and elastic vibration energy, the elastic vibration energy of metal weldments is transformed into friction energy, deformation energy and heat energy between workpieces, resulting in a layer of oxide film on the surface of the two workpieces, thus achieving friction welding. When different metal materials are welded, a mixed molecular interface will be formed, resulting in metallurgical welding.
