New Project--Ultrasonic Dispersion System for 1 ton powder

Ultrasonic Dispersion production line: nine-in-one production line is used to peel off the expanded graphite (solvent water), water and expanded graphite are passed through the emulsification equipment (provided by our company) and enter the ultrasonic flow in the 150L buffer tank to enter the ultrasonic stroke cycle, ultrasonic for 1 hour . The flow rate is 1 ton/hour. Another three-in-one production line was used to disperse the graphene oxide, and the 100L cans were subjected to cyclic ultrasound for 1h with ultrasound equipment.

Material of Probe: Imported titanium alloy
Generator: with PLC and Touch Screen
Ultrasonic Tank: 5 liters for each, Working in tandem, material can be choosen in SS304 or SS316L, each designed with cooling water channel.
