What to consider when choosing an ultrasonic cleaner

1. Installation methods: Ultrasonic installation methods are: bottom installation, two sides installation, bottom and both sides simultaneously installed. The bottom installation is also called the bottom shock type. The effective height of the ultrasonic wave is 500mm, and the two sides are side vibration. The effective length of the ultrasonic wave is 1000mm. The effective height is related to the position of the transducer. The bottom and sides are installed on three sides at the same time, which is a three-sided shock. The effective length of the ultrasonic wave cannot exceed 1000mm, and the height can be adjusted.

 

2. Process: Ultrasonic cleaning, bubble cleaning and high-pressure spray cleaning are combined with each other, and they can also be used separately. Different processes are designed according to the workpiece and stains.

 

3. Cleaning tank size: determined according to the size of the workpiece and the amount of cleaning.

 

4. Cleaning agent: The cleaning agent used in the traditional method is the same and does not need to be replaced.

Frequency: The conventional ones are 28KHZ and 40KHZ. 28KHZ is characterized by high ultrasonic power and low ultrasonic frequency, which is suitable for cleaning workpieces with certain requirements on cleanliness. 40KHZ is characterized by low ultrasonic power and multiple ultrasonic waves, which is suitable for cleaning workpieces with low cleanliness requirements.

 

 6. Accessories: South Korean Yishan Ultrasonic Transducer, sixth generation ultrasonic generator, SUS304 tank, imported glue and double fixing nails.


 7. Cleaning liquid temperature: -100 ° C, with constant temperature system, keep this temperature all the time. For example: at 60 degrees, the oil removal effect is better.

 

8. Power: Determine the power according to the size of the cleaning tank. The distance between each 50W transducer is 80mm. According to this industry standard, the power can be calculated.
