Ultrasonic generator, also known as ultrasonic driving power supply, electronic box, ultrasonic controller, is an important part of high-power ultrasonic system.


The function of the ultrasonic generator is to convert the commercial power into a high-frequency alternating current signal that matches the ultrasonic transducer, and drive the ultrasonic transducer to work.


High-power ultrasonic power supply generally adopts the circuit form of switching power supply from the perspective of conversion efficiency. Ultrasonic power supply is divided into self-excited power supply and other excitation type power supply. Self-excited power supply is called ultrasonic analog power supply, and other excitation type power supply is called ultrasonic generator.


The ultrasonic generator adopts the world's leading separately excited oscillator circuit structure, which increases the output power by more than 10% compared with the self-excited oscillator circuit structure. The form of ultrasonic amplifier circuit adopts linear amplifier circuit and switching power supply circuit.


The ultrasonic generator generates a signal of a specific frequency, which can be a sinusoidal signal or a pulse signal. This specific frequency is the frequency at which the transducer works. Ultrasonic equipment generally uses ultrasonic frequencies of 20KHz, 25KHz, 28KHz, 33KHz, 40KHz, 60KHz, 80KHz, 100KHz or above, which have not been widely used.

1. The ultrasonic generator can monitor the operating frequency and power of the high-power ultrasonic system. It can adjust various parameters in real time according to different requirements of users: such as power, amplitude, running time, etc.


2. Frequency fine-tuning: adjust the frequency so that the ultrasonic transducer always works in the best state, the efficiency reaches the maximum, and the adjustment range is 2%.


●Auto-following: Once the device has completed the initial setup, it can operate continuously without the need to adjust the generator.

●Amplitude control: When the load changes during the working process of the transducer, the driving characteristics can be automatically adjusted to ensure a stable amplitude of the tool head.

●System protection: When the system works in an unsuitable operating environment, the generator will stop working and display an alarm to protect the equipment from damage.

●Amplitude adjustment: the amplitude can be increased or decreased instantly during the working process, the setting range of the amplitude: 0%~100%.

●Automatic frequency search: The working frequency of the tool head can be automatically determined and stored.
