Safety Precautions For Using Ultrasonic Cutter

When the ultrasonic cutting machine is working, the workpiece can be cut without external force, so do not touch any non-workpiece material. Safety needs attention when using ultrasonic cutting machine:

1. Wash the outside of the cutting machine with water to avoid water entering the inside of the cutting machine, causing danger.

2. During the cutting operation, please maintain the correct operating posture in a safe environment. When making the cutting action, please remain alert to avoid injury to yourself caused by sliding.

3. Do not point the cutting edge of the cutter at the face and other parts of the person.

3. Do not install non-standard blades, which may cause the machine to fail to vibrate or reduce the efficiency of the cutting machine, which will also bring you danger.

4. When removing the blade, the ultrasonic cutting machine stops working, otherwise the blade may break suddenly and fly out.

5. When you stop working, remember to turn off the power.

6. Regularly remove debris and foreign objects stuck at the front end of the cutting handle to maintain the normal function of the cutting machine. (First confirm that the metal vibration part in front of the handle has been completely cooled, then turn it counterclockwise to remove the front cover and do cleaning.

7. Place the machine in a safe place out of reach of children, and remember to cover the front handle protection cover after use to avoid unnecessary injury.

8. Do not place the cutting machine in direct sunlight, or place various items on the machine. Do not touch the front of the handle while the cutting machine is still operating or has just stopped to avoid burns.

9. If abnormal phenomena such as abnormal sound and smoke are found during cutting work, please stop the operation immediately and notify the manufacturer for maintenance. When you find abnormal noise at the front of the handle, stop the operation immediately, check whether the blade screw is loose, and reset or replace the blade. When the cutting action is continuously operated, the vibrator will be hot. It is best to let the machine cool down before operating it, which will help prolong the service life of the vibrator.

10. After each cutting, clean up the residues around the handle vibrator and on the blade to maintain the good performance of the cutting machine.
