Small Production Line Of Ultrasonic Dispersion Of Nanoparticles

This is a design of ultrasonic dispersion system, as you can see, we equip three sets of ultrasonic dispersion machine into one cabinet, each with a reactor of 5 liters, that is better volume and shape for getting the max ultrasonic cavitation effect, all of the reactors are connection in series model, going from bottom, and out from the top. 

the reactor and the inline pipes are all made by stainless steel SUS304, or 316L, if the material is special. 

the horn is made by titanium alloy, other materials, like stainless steel, zirconium or 100% titanium, can be customzied. 

this system, can be 3 sets as 1 system, or 6 sets, or more, according to your output, and this ultrasonic dispersion system, can be equipped with your production line, or it can be one system by itself, with pump, flow meter, storage tank and the ultrasonic dispersion system
