When the ultrasonic no-load test is abnormal, we should first observe whether the ultrasonic welding joint has cracks and whether the installation is firm, then remove the welding joint and carry out no-load test to eliminate the problem of transducer + horn, and remove it step by step. After eliminating the possibility of transducer + horn failure, the new weld joint is replaced to judge.

2. Abnormal Fever by Ultrasound

Ultrasound welding head will have a certain heating phenomenon when it works, which is due to the loss of mechanical energy of the material itself and the heat conduction of the ultrasonic object. Ultrasound welding head heat is normal judgment standard is no load (that is, no contact with the workpiece), continuous emission of ultrasound for more than half an hour, temperature can not exceed 50-70 C, such as calorific damage, prove that the ultrasonic welding head has been damaged or the material is not qualified, need to be replaced.

3. Abnormal screaming in ultrasonic products
