1, first of all to understand the welding principle of ultrasonic spot welding machine
Ultrasonic welding is a solid-phase welding method in which the principle of welding is to convert 50/60 Hz alternating current into 15, 20, 28, 35 or 40 kHz electric energy by an ultrasonic generator. Through the transducer, the high-frequency energy is again converted into mechanical vibration of the same frequency, and then the mechanical vibration is transmitted to the welding head through a set of amplitude modulator devices that can change the amplitude!
The horn transfers the received vibrational energy to the joint of the workpiece to be welded, in which the temperature of the transfer to the interface is increased by the friction between the surface of the workpiece and the intrinsic molecules, melting the plastic. The short pressure maintained on the workpiece after the vibration stops causes the two weldments to solidify in a molecularly linked manner. Generally, the welding time is less than 1 second, and the obtained welding strength is comparable to that of the product body. The welded part has a beautiful appearance, does not change color, and does not yellow.
