Basic configuration of ultrasonic spot welder

Ultrasonic spot welding machine is mainly composed of main components such as transducer system, frame, ultrasonic generator and head. The subdivision configuration is:

Transducer system: consists of a transducer, an intermediate amplifier, and a concentrator (tool head).

Rack: The frame serves as the basis for the entire equipment, with the upper head, the lower part for pneumatic components, and the lower right for control power.

Ultrasonic generator: The ultrasonic generator outputs an ultrasonic energy supply transducer of 20 KHz/28 KHz/35 Khz/40 KHz. The ultrasonic generator has automatic frequency tracking and overload protection functions. The generator panel has digital display, power switch, frequency measurement button, pneumatic test, indicator light and power indication.

Power switch: Cut or turn on the power at the back of the control box.

Power indicator: When the light is on, it indicates that the power supply of the ultrasonic spot welder is normal.

Frequency measurement button: Replace the welding head.

Pneumatic test: The welding head is leveled.

Power socket: output AC 220V/50KHZ

10A fuse holder: for transducer

Work indicator: Indicates that the ultrasonic spot welder is working properly.

Output fault indicator: When it is on, it indicates that the output is overcurrent, it is automatically protected, and there is no power output.

Welding, holding time, output power, preload: the same as the panel button settings.

Output socket: For the transducer, because the color of the two core wires and the plug core are different, the generator will be damaged if it is mistaken, so the user is not allowed to replace it.

Grounding post: Due to the high voltage in the system, the terminal must be connected to the ground wire to ensure safe use of the generator.

Handpiece: The machine head has a fixed supporting function to the energy conversion system, and is provided with a pressing device, a conductive device, an upper limit structure and the like.
